Being able to work with others and spreading ideas helps teams and organizations better prepare whether it is on the field, on the court, or inside the office, depending on what exactly the job description entails. For an intern, having the ability to make yourself available to whenever a situation may arise can boost their level of commitment and prove how devoted they are. Although, some sport internship may not ultimately require this, it cannot hurt.
There can be arguments made for many qualities that a sport intern should have when heading into their job opportunity. There are more than enough qualities that someone should have, some however are more important than others. Communicating, knowing what your heading into, and making yourself available are three qualities I feel can really aid a person when heading into their sport internship.
